How to view your transactions

The Transaction Report is the record of all activity submitted from your fundraising forms.

Recurring payments processed on the 15th of the month are also recorded in Transaction Report.

The Control Panel displays transactions in real time.


To view your transactions, click Reports > Transaction Report from the top navigation bar. Or, from the Main Menu page, in the Manage Transactions section, click Transaction Report.

From Transaction Report you may:

  • Pull quick reports by date

  • Create custom reports using date range and other search fields
  • See detailed transaction information
  • Download transactions to a CSV file

Create a custom report

The Custom Search Fields panel allows you to create custom reports using fields such as first name, last name, transaction ID, the payment result, and date range. You can use these fields alone or in combination.


Filtering by fundraising forms

If your charity uses multiple fundraising forms, you can either report on all transactions across all forms or focus on specific forms. To generate a report for particular forms, use the "My Forms" dropdown list located at the top of the custom search fields and select the desired form(s). To include all transactions, regardless of the form used, leave the "My Forms" dropdown menu empty.


Filtering by date range

Use the Start Date and End Date fields to refine any search by a specific time period. A common application is to report on annual campaigns. For example, if you use the same fundraising form each year for an event, you can generate annual reports by setting the date range to the specific year. This allows you to view results for the current year's appeal, the previous year's, and so on.


Filtering by payment result

By default, the transaction report will show you a record of all payments, both Approved and Declined. To refine your search to view only Approved transactions, for example, use the Payment Result dropdown list and select Approved.


Filtering by deposit date

Your portal provides detailed deposit reports, but for a quick view of transactions included in a particular deposit, use the Deposit Date field. If you receive a monthly deposit, your deposit date will be the 2nd of the month.


Sorting report results

You will find sorting options for your custom report at the bottom of the custom search fields panel. You may select up to two sort options. This may be done before or after the search is performed by clicking "Search".


How to empty the custom search fields

Use the Reset button next to the Search button at the top of the custom search fields panel to clear or empty all the custom search fields. To empty only the date range fields, use the "x" button next to the Start Date and End Date fields.
