Custom Options
Let's go over the Custom Options section.
Gift Dedication Option
This option enables or disables the Gift Dedication section on a fundraising form. It is enabled by default on the donation form template. It is disabled by default on all other form templates like Events or Payments. Below is an example of what this option will look like on a fundraising form.
Employer Match Option
This option enables or disables the Employer Match section on a fundraising form. It is enabled by default on the donation form template. It is disabled by default on all other form templates like Events or Payments. Below is an example of what this option will look like on a fundraising form.
Salutation
A salutation is the title placed before the name. There will be a salutation dropdown list on the donation form. Salutation values may be changed to meet the requirements of your constituents. Click the button to edit the salutations listed in the dropdown.
The salutation field can be required or not required, based on your own needs. To make the field required, change the toggle button to Yes.
Phone Required
Like the Salutation field, the Phone number field can be required or not required. The default selection is not required. You can set the field to be required based on your needs.
Payment Methods
We currently have three payment methods available: Credit card, ACH (checking / savings account), and DAF (donor advised fund). You can choose which payment methods to display on your donation form. All payment methods are checked by default.
