Collect Event Guest Information

To collect names and other information from your event guests or attendees, you will need to enable the Event Guest option in Form Builder.


To enable this option, navigate to the Form Builder for your event.

On the Form Builder page, open the Event Options section.

In the Event guests tab, set the response to Yes for the question "Do you collect guest names for this event?".


Enter the guest label. This label will be used in the registration form and email receipt to refer to your event attendees. The label should be singular. It will be made plural where needed during the registration process. Common labels are "Guest", "Attendee", "Golfer", etc.


On the registration form, the guest label will appear like this:
